At Ironhide Equine, we’re redefining what grooming means for the horse, the rider, and the industry. We’re not here to follow standards; we’re here to raise them. From the Founder
When I was young, I used to watch my mother and sister riding the horses whilst they attended lessons. I would stand at the fence, seeing the quiet connection they shared – the kind that doesn’t need words. I wasn’t a rider myself, but I admired it deeply. Those moments stuck with me, even as life moved on.
Now, every time I meet a new horse or talk with a rider, that same feeling returns. I’m still learning, still asking questions, still fascinated by what makes this community so passionate. I may not have been born into the equine world, but I’m determined to make my mark in it. That means putting in the hours, learning from people who live and breathe this life, and being open to anyone willing to share what they know.
Legacy isn’t something you’re handed. It’s something you build – one day, one idea, and one honest effort at a time.
In every job I have ever done, whether it was aviation, restoration, or manufacturing, I’ve always asked myself one question: do I dust around the picture frame, or do I pick it up and clean underneath? The missing character which makes the foundation strong. That question became the foundation for Ironhide. It reminds me that every small detail matters, even when no one’s watching.
For years, I poured thousands of hours into building other people’s ideas. But deep down, I knew I needed to create something of my own. Something I could pour that same drive, detail, and late-night effort into. Ironhide is that purpose. It’s my chance to turn relentless effort into something real – a brand built on care, honesty, and craftsmanship.
