Welcome to Ironhide Equine. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined here. These govern all transactions and interactions with Ironhide Equine Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply to both https://ironhideequine.co.uk and https://ironhideequine.com domains operated by Ironhide Equine Limited.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may modify, replace, or discontinue products at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Learning & Development Disclaimer

Our product formulations are continually evolving based on customer feedback, ongoing research, and best practices. We are transparent in stating that Ironhide Equine is still learning about how each product performs across different horse types and conditions. While we formulate with care and intent, results may vary.

4. Informational Content Disclaimer

Any educational content provided—such as blog articles, social media posts, or written guidance—is shared in good faith but is intended for general informational purposes only. It should not be considered veterinary, clinical, or medical advice. Always consult with a qualified equine professional before applying information to your horse’s care.

5. Ordering

All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or restricted availability.

6. Pre-Order & Fulfilment

Some items, such as new product launches or small-batch formulations, may be offered on a pre-order basis. Fulfilment of pre-orders may be delayed while certifications (e.g. CPSRs) are completed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated lead time.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at checkout using secure payment processors: PayPal or WooPayments.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 3–7 working days. All delivery timeframes are estimated, not guaranteed.
International customers (including the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their local jurisdiction.

9. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in original condition. Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed once the return is received and approved.

10. Founding Herd Token Terms

The Founding Herd Token is a limited-run, one-time membership product.

Only one token may be purchased per customer account.
It grants lifetime benefits including permanent discounts, early access offers, and community perks.
Founding Herd benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid as long as Ironhide Equine operates.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account suspected of abuse, fraud, or sharing exclusive access beyond the purchaser.

11. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional for most purchases. However, for Founding Herd Token purchases, an account is mandatory in order to activate and track the associated benefits.

12. International Orders (including EU Customers)

We welcome orders from international customers. Please note:

Your local customs agency may charge import VAT or duties.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
EU buyers have the right to cancel and return orders under applicable EU consumer laws, subject to our return policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including product names, text, logos, images, packaging design, and trademarks—is the intellectual property of Ironhide Equine Limited and may not be reproduced or reused without our written permission. All product names, grooming systems, packaging layouts, written content, and logos are protected under UK IP law.

14. Liability Disclaimer

We formulate all products with care using natural, responsibly sourced ingredients. However:

Ironhide Equine shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product.
It is the user’s responsibility to patch test before full application and determine product suitability.
We do not guarantee that our products will be suitable for all horses in all situations.
While our products are formulated with natural ingredients and intended to deliver practical benefits, we make no guarantees of medical, veterinary, or clinical outcomes. Our products are not tested for therapeutic use and are not licensed medical treatments.

15. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. This includes order data, marketing preferences, and analytics.

We retain customer records (including order history and account data) for a minimum of 6 years in line with UK business and HMRC requirements.
Users may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting us, and we will comply where legally permissible.

16. Age Restrictions

Purchases must be made by individuals aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
